WHAT IS LAYER? HOW TO DEAL WITH IT.

Hello friends, I am Vikram Jangir presenting you another tutorial on layers. Layers is the most confusing and irritating thing for a beginners and they have real hard time learning it but there is a very basic function on which this works. and this function can only be catches by lots of practice and of course concentration. so in this article, we will go little bit deeper in this layer system. (don't worry it is not that hard).

HOW TO GET LAYERS COLUMN
if you are not able to find the layer box in your working place. just go to windows>layers. or you can get that by simply pressing F7.
HOW TO IMPORT A PHOTO IN PHOTOSHOP
for getting a photo in Photoshop go to file>place embedded. then it will take you into your computer select the photo and hit O.K.
now if your photo is smaller than your canvas and you want it to set perfectly, hold any of the corner, hold shift and drag it away. just like this.
then from another corner:
hit "right" then
HOW DOES IT WORK?
first of all duplicate the layer, which means whatever you do will not going to affect your original image. for duplicating the layer, take your mouse cursor to layer column, click anywhere in layer column and then press CTRL+J. or you can make right click on image layer and then select duplicate layer.
after duplicating the layer make shapes on duplicated layer. like rectangles, circles. after that select all the layer which were created after the formation of shapes. and select them by pressing shift and press ctrl/cmd+G. it will group all the selected layer.

press Ctrl/cmd+G. name it by double clicking on the name, i have named 'copied layer'.
now, suppose you don't like the work you have done on any layer, then you can either make it invisible by clicking on the eye icon of that layer or you can delete the layer by pressing delete on that layer.
so this is how you manage layer and deal with it. OK guys see in you another tutorial bye.
